No he means what broker are you using. We can see it's MT4.
Please also explain what your complaint is. All brokers charge swaps so why do you think this is a scam? Not only do they charge swaps but they can and do change the swaps regularly so just because you pay one rate today, does not mean you will pay that rate forever. Furthermore, they do not tell you that the swaps are changing. That is not scamming, it is simply how it works.
If you want to hold gold long term, using a forex broker is not the way to do it. You should check out what some brokers charge to hold long oil positions.

My broker is tradesto https://tradesto.com/ . My complaint is my swap charge suddenly change to 200+usd, while 3-4 hour ago is less than 3usd

In regards to the swap, that is kind of high considering the position size.

Did you know their regulatory status?
