There is only one report that is worthy watching and possibly trading.
1. Monday, March 07th, 2008 (8:30 a.m. New York Time) CANADA
At 8:30 a.m. we will have Canadian Building Permits coming out. It is expected to come out at 0.9%. I would trade it with 5 deviation. If it comes out at 5.9% or higher, I would sell USD/CAD and expect a 30 pips price action in the first 15 minutes of the report. If it comes out at -4.1% or more negative, I would buy USD/ CAD and also look for 30 pips in the first 15 minutes. As always, the price move will also depend on a price action and important support and resistance levels established right before the report.
