I don't understand all the currency abbreviated terminology and I am fed up with it.

I dont know which currency pair many of the flags pertain to on below link

Point to the flag with your mouse and wait a moment. The abbreviation for that country's currency will pop up, unless it's a specific country within the EU. In that case, the abbreviation for the country will pop up.

which I think is the forcasting page,
and I don't see anything on there telling me to Buy or Sell or why?

It's not a forecasting page. It's a schedule of economic news releases that can affect currency values.

The Daily Trading signals tell about probable price action if a news event comes out at (or beyond) certain levels. The recommendations are to buy IF one thing happens or to sell IF another things happens. The Calendar page is where you see when it will happen and can see what the announcement is just a few moments after it happens.
