Greetings.

On 2020-05-21 we have stated technical issue on the side of the liquidity provider. Due to the technical issue, final contragent experienced intermittent connectivity and pricing issues during the global incident. Connection was regained by liquidity provider in the shortest possible time and trading on $WTI instrument was brought back to normal and order execution processed as usually.

We regret that client faced such situation, but company is not responsible for non-fulfillment of obligations in the absence of connection and quotation by the liquidity provider.

Other acc can trade (close&open order), only me and one this order can't, why?

Dear Client,

Described situation was global and affected on all Clients, who have tried to open/close/modify orders for $WTI instrument. As it was stated before, occurred situation was connected with issue on liquidity provider's side and not with specific Client accounts.
