No trades at all for me this whole week with this EA. Anybody else get the same thing?

so far so good,FXCP is a one of my best EA.

I got 3 EA,

1)FXCP--version 3.0 but still need more test.

Not sure yet, I am testing it at the moment but this EA hasn't taken a trade in a week and a half. Support seems to not answer my emails either.
