Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.
Does anyone know if US banks are closed today since it's Presidents Day?
I followed this thread for a while then got side tracked with another EA. Once I caught back up to this one I see that traffic has been light the last few weeks. Those that have been the life of the thread, you still trading this system successfully? I have seen a lot of crap out there and now will wait for systems to show up on FPA site before I consider buying anything as there are so many scams. This one seems to be pretty solid in the reviews.
How many have moved over to live accounts with this system?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Also, don't let Dec or the first of Jan be a deciding factor in determing if a bot is any good. Large banks and professional account traders tend to cash out and move to the sidelines which makes spreads get wider and markets more volatile. It also makes it much easier for our friends the brokers to stop hunt us little traders. About the second week of Jan on things begin to open up and return to "normal" if there is such a thing.

The bot itself has been quite good up 'til now. However, I cannot get anyone to respond to my emails--have already sent four of them, all went unanswered.
So here's the dilemma--do I keep the bot based on its success so far, or do I ask for my money back because their support is so God-awful? Obviously, the worry is that once purchased, should a problem arise, the support is non-existent.
Anyone else run into this?
