Definitely complain to the HK regulators. I don't know if they'll take action or not, but if you don't complain, they definitely won't.

I'm annoyed - that virtual office address is in a better location than my virtual office.

I tried to email them (forexoma.com) to their normal email adress. But I got this error message: "The error that the other server returned was:
550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)"

Let's be honest, the money is gone! There's not much hope to ever see that money again...

I wrote another ticket to forexoma and asked them to give a statement in this thread here.

Please everyone who is having issues with forexoma file with SFC of Hong Kong. They are the only people who might be able to do something. If enough of us make a lot of noise and complain, then maybe we'll get our money back.
If you deposited with paypal then talk to paypal about it too.

yes bashar, we all receive confirmation messages that are automated by a computer, but there is no human actually sending those emails. Whoever owned the company and all of the customer support just vanished.

am not sure why should we send to SFC, coz i dont think they r regulated with them or any other regulation authorities!!!
