Sadly, I agree. I hate it when what looks like a broker with potential runs off with the money.

So do I kiss goodbye to my deposit, or is there something that can be done against these scammers. Do we have to wait until the judgement goes against them as guilty, or can the judgement go against them now.At least it will be letting everybody else know that they are the lowest of the low.

I did also file my case with Paypal. Now I have to wait until Aug 12th until they will answer me. I wish all the best for all of you and also for me
I hope I get back at least my last deposit, which was $3650...

Ikbizzo, I believe that they may be able to recover most if not all of your deposit as long as it was within 45 days of filing your claim. It looks like you and I stand to loose a similar amount from this scam. I pray that you can recover as much as possible.

Report them to any regulator or police agency who will listen. Don't wait another day.

I spoke to paypal and they told me that they do not dispute services only products within 45 days.
