Hi, feel free to share answers from the broker, email's, support communication, it is really interesting what do they reply to you, why such delay and what has happened?

That is 30 days after my request.

At least you are getting your money back, even though it takes time and you are getting it in parts. There are hundreds of people who lost everything and didn't get single dollar back. Keep texting them till you get everything you have there back and move to another broker

As I see, their support claims that he had some info from fin dep, did he share it with you or it was something like a common response?
