Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem FortFS withdrawal problem

I am having an issue with a company
I have 18k€ of equity on my trading account, and i want to know if i have any sort o withdrawal limit by amount and/or duration.

18k€??? Good luck withdrawing the rest of that.

The only withdrawal limit should be with the payment processor itself. And you should be able to verify this directly with the payment processor any account limits that are currently applied.

And the broker should be able to provide a screenshot showing the error with sending a transfer.

@4evermaat, Your insults are highly inappropriate and we would appreciate keeping the thread to constructive comments. Thank you.

It is possible that I was mistaken on one or more points. So where exactly is your brokerage currently regulated?

According to their support i can withdraw 1k/day. I fulfilled another 1k withdraw request. If they execute this one as the previous, i can consider this issue resolved.
I agree with 4evermaat that a bit more transparency when problems happens could help to avoid this kind of topics.

So you won't be withdrawing the remaining 18k? Or at least a lot more than just 3k?

There could be a bigger issue here. But it is your money up to you. I guess baby steps does it.

Until now i succesfully withdraw 35k in the last years. This is a periodic withdraw of my profits, i do not intend close the account, and this is the first time that i face such kind of problem with FortFS, so i open this thread to put hand in advance.
I hope that all will be solved smoothly. Let's see with my new withdraw request.

With FortFS?
If you don't mind, how much of the $35k was profit?
Or rather, how much total deposits have you made over the years?

At the moment my historical profit was 8.1k €, but i dont understand what this mind with the topic object. I'm not a huge trader, these are my numbers. Could you please don't move the topic too much off, and let it focus on outgoing liquidity of ForfFS that is only thing that matters to test here.

Just want to make sure you get back as much of your money as possible.

i'm sure about it, and i thank you for that. Forex industry is such a mess, and it's dangerous to go alone (this is why we are here :D)

At the moment the new withdrawal is still pending so, if they fulfill a max 1k request per day, in 1-2 weeks....means that the limit is 1k each 1-2 weeks.
In short, they are going to scam us. Any update from representative?
