The guy said he made profits but the brocker don't want to provide him his profits!!! So it is straight forward.
Have you ever heard of a "long con"?? The broker is actually a scam artist in clever disguise. And in more developed countries, they are even able to legally scam their clients. In the same way that a casino can offer games that the odds of winning are unfavorable to the player/gambler. A broker can offer products for clients to trade and have complete control over the price feed and how they execute such trades.
So this means that the broker can create whatever trading conditions they want, and change them at any time.. And even try to invalidate trades already made. Because it is their platform, and they can attempt to make some obscure claim that you violated some condition in their terms of service.
So if their business model is "I, the broker, make a net profit if the client loses money", then they are 100% incentivized to do everything legally possible to ensure you lose.
