Fortrade withdrawal problems

The fortrade phone numbers weren't working. Client support, the number which they use to call me.
My number does work and is legit. That was a spelling mistake I made on the post above.

I trade in this company, there were no problems with withdrawal, sometimes when you withdraw money on Friday or at the end of the month there is a delay of 1-2 days no more. The problem arises when the client incorrectly draws up an application for withdrawal, for notexperienced clients this often happens.

I have more than 10 accounts in this company, because I trade EA, and the conditions suit me, I can prove my words both through myfxbook and using the investor passwords to mt4. I do not advertise, I'm just sorry when a good company is accused of something, besides, it's always possible to write to the FCA

3 years later and I have similar issues as the author of the post.

I used the platform for 2 months and then wanted to withdraw my money.

The amount I had deposited took me more than 2 weeks to withdraw and it was not a good experience. I had to contact the "finance assistance" (or "mentor") several times and ask him to accept my withdrawal request, every time he was asking me if i was sure that i wanted to withdraw and maybe i changed my mind.

I also wanted to withdraw(still trying to withdraw) the money that I had gained from the trades, as it seems you have to follow another procedure and you have to fill a form with a signature(it must be handwritten and not filled electronically).

I am pretty sure i will get the rest of the money too as the platform is FCA regulated buttheir withdrawal process is not user friendly.

Also the "finance assistance", "mentor" guy they assign to you is not there to teach you but to persuade you deposit more money.

In a summary, I wouldn't recommend using their platform.
