ok fine thanks , i did not say no ,not aganset this ,i agrred what you say ,but mean time plz try to understand that we send details after you asked ,with out you asked or send about TP issue ,why we send you ,i can give an evidence that you asked us any guys have TP issue with IC market .then i send all details ,but unfortunately that deal with gold ,then u asked some other with currency then we send some example to currency ,if u wish i can attached here
but my case is related with leverage not work as well as late reply after auto cut amount not only that bust also technical issues of IC market they already agreed that and trading volume limit ,we request to aloww from smal volume from 0.01 to all trading ,and dont take money two time ,plz dont divert the case , what we gave all evidence is more than enough plz go up and see those evidence thanking you all.

since we love FPA we are sending all evence again i cannt explain one by one now but can send all again here ,u check it if u have doubt if u cannot understand then ask we can clear .last chance to you since one or two asst mode ,we cannot against FPA , FPA helped me two time , .many curecny pair available asst modi u can take what curecny pair u want ok .dont ask me again

Trade disabled has already been addressed. I would also like to remind you that the only images you've added to this thread which have a Trade Disabled message are for gold trades and oil trades.

Think what a real judge would do if you ignored questions from the court. I don't think there's a judge in any country who would put up with this for as long as I have.

Post an image of a trade problem with a forex pair (NOT GOLD, NOT OIL) in your next post. XAUUSD is gold vs. dollar, not a currency vs a currency, so is not a currency pair. EURUSD is a currency pair, since it consists of 2 currencies. If the image shows multiple trades, specify which trade you are referring to and exactly what you claim the problem is.

If you can follow instructions and do this, I will look at the situation. I expect to see exactly 1 post from you the next time I look at this thread. I expect that post to have at least one image directly related to a specific issue with a specific trade on a currency pair. I expect that is the post shows more than one trade, you will specify the pair being traded and explain what is wrong with the trade.

Emails with vague arguments which do not mention a specific trade on a currency pair do not count.

You keep posting multiple copies of things. I am not going to dig back through 30 posts hoping to get lucky. Any real judge would already have you rotting in jail for contempt.

If you want my help, your next post will contain ONE image showing a trade problem on a forex pair and some text written by you with what I need to know - the trade ID, pair, opening price, closing price, and what you claim is wrong with the trade.

Otherwise, you case will be dismissed. The choice is yours.

my case is not that ,they acepect there fault ,why u sounding ,whats ur problem ,when ic market gave some money are they fools ,to give back some money where rest ,if u really support justcie u must ask ic market to give rest money not ask anything to me ,allreday they told there techincal issue ,why u sound , why file case in fpa,to get justce and money after file ic market gave some small amount 300$ ,u ask rest ,why asking me ,why u try to suport ic market is this corect plz all thing this what this asst modi doing even i send all details again and asking again same

That is not the information I need to proceed with your case.

Your case is not about a different account getting a correction or goodwill gesture. Your case is about what exactly happened to a forex trade resulting in money being owed to you. Unless there were no disputed forex trades, in which case this is something you will need to talk to ASIC about.

From the lack of attachment and trade ID, I am beginning to believe all of your disputes are not for trades on forex. I am done for today. When I next come back, you will have provided the info I asked or your case will be dismissed without further debate. There are other traders having problems who are willing to provide evidence whenever they are asked.
