I submitted an official complaint with the bank, and after almost a month, the bank replied that you dealt with this company of your own will and without trading through us

It does not mean that you received the services you were paying for.
Banks in some countries.. sheesh..

I'm not sure what the consumer protection is like in those countries. I take it that it isn't as strong as in some other countries.

My research shows they are supposedly registered in Belize:

@ForexViking even one of their disclaimers is that their sister site is not open to UK or EEA residents (see screenshots above)

Apparently this isn't their first rodeo. They seem to have done this several times. I'm not sure if it is the same scam or different scammers. But they have used previous years registrations and other names

I do know it is a common scam to "borrow another company's regulation" without any way for the mark to verify the owner.
