Someone named Tony Brown who works for this company SCAMMED ME FOR 4000$ he uses WHAT’s App to communicate with. I invested everything I had to my name with him and he had taken my money and ran after I gave him the swift code to send my supposed profit! He has left me destitute and is now uncontactable.

But the company is liable in this case, if it was their Account Manager. Sometimes agents go rogue and scam for them selves, it happens. But make no mistake, this is not a real company or a real trade account. Look for your self - the displayed company number leads to Bit Elitum Ltd, UK, while they claim they are on the other side of the ocean:

Website registered in March 2020 link while the company is defunct as of January 2020. So this website could be a clone, or just them continuing a scam. Name in registrar is apparently hard to find, address was mistakenly recorded and erased as nonexistent, so it all smells like a good old fashion scam. If you deposited via card, charge-back immediately, if you used crypto, well... .

Furthermore, look here, they have like 50 or more domains....ridiculous.
