FX Kovner - SCAM

I had another scammer on Facebook try to get me today.
I played along so I could get the BROKER name to post here. To help prevent anyone else from getting RIPPED OFF.
The broker is "" FX KOVNER ""

She was trying to get me to sign up with them through Meta Trader 5.

Their website doesn't seem to be functioning at the moment.

Are you sure it's not an aggressive marketing either by the broker or an affiliate/introducing broker?
I have not heard that broker. Is it regulated?
