FXCLEARING.CA-amounts get 'micro',no refunds?

Dear Members,Aug23,2010.
I am holding an account no.119012 with fxclearing.ca, a canada based forex trading company.
When i opened the account,it was clearly mentioned to me it is a 'mini' account.(in 2009)
I started trading in small amounts and deposited more than $4410 usd thru my paypal account and carried the amount in the account with trading to $12816!
Recently when i tried to withdraw $500 from my account, the account manager stated that my account is a 'microcents' account and hence the value is only 128.16$!
Well then where is my deposited amount thry paypal gone?(in usd not us cents!)
THe account should reflect the amount is usd cents as 1281600!
I have contacted the company and waiting for their replies.
Pl.resolve this matter!

That's amazing.

Make certain to send them copies of your PayPal receipt indicating the full amount of your deposit. You probably also should contact PayPal to let them know that these people converted your dollars into cents. Ask PayPal to send them a reminder of how much your deposit really was.

I have a micro-cents account on fxclearing.
Once I deposited $50 that should be counted as $5000 on my account.
It only add $50 to my account, and I mailed the customer service right away.
They correct the problem in just a couple minutes after.
