Problem FXDD.com will not process my withdrawals

Hello all,

I have been trading with FXDD for the past four months now, i managed to make a profit of around 37K in total. I was able to withdraw 17K USD during the past four months until the start of this April, i tried to withdraw the rest using NETELLER but they were making execuses that there was an issue with the payment provider. It has been more than 30 days and I didn’t get my withdrawal yet. The support phone/chat will just say that the withdrawal will be processed soon but i get nothing!

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Just a small update, I was told by one of the support agents, his name is Faisal, and I believe he works in the NY headquarter that my withdrawal should be processed by Monday. Let’s wait and see.

Which FXDD did you open an account with? They have multiple jurisdictions.

I was not given the choice to decide when I registered with them, but given the MT4 server name, it seems as my account is under the Mauritius entity. Anyway, I’m a resident of Saudi Arabia.

Perhaps you can address https://mauritiusifc.mu/contact-us and your national regulator (although slim chance).
They have an EU entity, you may try as well.
But none of the above would be much of a help...
