FXGlory Scam, remove profit of trader

My client has been trading with FXGlory since 2013. She deposited total USD15,950.00. Total withdrawal is USD12,065.00.
She used only one trading method according to trend. The history of deposit and withdrawal is normal until Aug 12th, 2015. Seven of her open deals on Aug 11 and of take profit today are removed profit by FXGlory today.

If you deposited Money via credit card then talk with CC department and ask for Charge back as soon as possible.

Some of your trades profit was removed based on our News trading rules of User Agreement. You can find more details in the rule below:


Part VI: Miscellaneous
Doing high-volume trades which require a leverage more than 1:100 before closing time of the market and important news (to take profit of probable market gaps as an abuse) is forbidden. Delinquent Client’s account will be blocked and his/her initial deposit will be refunded after 90 days."

I'll wager not one losing news trade was removed, unless it was a hedge with a trade that made more than the loss.
