    Hello All,

My account number with fxgrant is 17631. I have placed a partial withdrawal request of $700 on 23rd May 2012 and have not received it till date, I have followed up with them unlimited times and they always have a standard reply “it will be done soon”, “ it will be done in next 2-3 days”, “it will be done in next 24 hours”.

During one of the chat I asked, where they operate from and they said 'International House, 221, Bow Road, London'.

I visited London last month for official purpose and made a visit to the mentioned address, it’s a 1 story building and there is no fxgrant office there. (Have taken photos and videos of the place)

This is a fraud website, they only take deposit and do not process any withdrawal request.

    Thanks
    Ravi

I'd love it if someone could post a picture of this "office" in London.

In the meantime, file complaints with the UK and Cysec. Also, let FxGrant know about this thread and invite them to respond here.

Attached is the picture of place where they claim their office to be.
I did try to complain to UK authorities while I was there, but they refused to take complain saying the broker is not regulated.
There website is currently down so could not inform them about this thread thru chat… Have emailed them about this thread and have asked them to reply.

    Hello Ravi,
I have read your document, which is truly damning.
Did you personally visit the office address in London back in June?
Did you take the pictures you posted?
Was there anything at that address related to this firm?
Have you attempted to reach them by telephone?
    .
I find the link you provided in post# 3 works.
I am posting an image of the contacts page anyway.
This is a completely illegal operation in UK.
If you are local, you should file a police report with the London Metropolitan Police, then attach that report when opening a case with IC3 here:

Yes, i personally visited the place and had taken photos in my camera.
It is a 1-story building, they have “High faith Christian center” in the ground floor and some film office in the first floor.
I tried calling them many times, but the call always goes to voice mail.
I am back to India now, but I frequently travel due to work related activity, I might be visiting London again end of this year, will ensure to file a complaint with London Metropolitan Police.
I also tried talking to moneybookers thru whom I had transferred funds, to find what address they have in their records for fxgrant, but they refused to share the information.
I believe once I give all the proofs to the police there, they should be able to talk to moneybookers/paypal etc to find their real address.

    Hello Ravi,
Here is a search link for their domain:
fxgrant.com WHOIS domain registration information from Network Solutions
    .
This firm uses an intermediary to hide their true identity.
Contact the Registrant who is listed there and explain the circumstances; as for guidance.
If they are uncooperative tell them that since they are a USA based company you will have no choice but to name them in your report to IC3 and the CFTC.
    https://forms.www.cftc.gov/fp/tcform.aspx
    .
Also contact the SFO, I think your victimization passes the tests required for them to get involved:
    Serious Fraud Office (SFO)
Can I report a fraud or corruption directly to the SFO? | Victims | SFO - Serious Fraud Office
    .
    Keep us informed.

What UK authorities you tried to complain at?? Ofcourse, the FSA will tell you they can't do anything against a broker not regulated in its firm.
You complaint to the police or who?

What makes you sure that this time your complaint will be not refused?? Didn't you have same proofs(pics., videos) last time you were in London or anything new now??

Certainly, Fxgrant is another Big Scam broker, but you must have a good organized file against any company to present to authorities.
