FXNobel Has Refused to Pay

I have requested for withdrawal from FXNobel for over a month and these people has suddenly gone gold.
Please how do I get back my money?

I deposited $250, via my MasterCard, on the 9th of July, 2018.
They asked me if they should trade for me, I GAVE THEM GO AHEAD.
They tried to persuade me to upgrade my account, BUT I REFUSED.
They traded the money quickly to about $350 in 2 weeks, then it began to fluctuate and never really got past that range.
On the 3rd of September, 2018 I requested with of $100, THEN THEY BECAME SILENT.

They've replied 2 of my mails, but it obviously is to buy time. They just said they will let the department in charge know.
