FXOpen Money Withdraw Impossibility

Hello FPA,

Today 19.09.2009. And my friend still could not withdraw his money (2576,43USD) from Fxopen for 17 days. He has no open position since 1.09.2009 and waiting for withdraw.

His ECN account number is 203588.

Since I suggested Fxopen to my friend, I 'm trying to help him to be able to withdraw his money back. I can show you all the e-mail messages and screenshots.

The problem:

Fxopen has a cabinet which never sends verification e-mail to us. They said that it is our an e-mail server problem and suggested us to change to a new e-mail server. We did request 10 times and changed our e-mails from most secure to most insecure ones but their system is programmed sothat it is not sending verification e-mail to us and you are not able to wtihdraw your money.


I would like FPA to investigate and find a solution:

It should be possible to withdraw our money with only ID documents. Since
They are refusing their system fault and refusing to pay us with faxing our ID documents.

We are very worried and seeking your help.

I'm no expert here, but you might try using the email account, at least for this problem, that came with your internet provider. :nerd:
 
This issue is still being dealt with by FXOpen Management. There is no need for this to be posted here as yet. I will not deal with it here unless he cuts off communications with FXOpen completely as it is being spammed on forums everywhere. If I answer every forum post, I will not have time to actually work on a solution ;)

Once it is resolved, an update will be posted here.

PS. This has only come to my attention since late Friday night (less than 2 days ago).

Update.

Here are the email server logs showing that a confirmation email was indeed sent from fxopen and that receipt of said email was confirmed by gmail. That this email was not received by the client is impossible.

Now, about this screenshot of yours. How is it you were able to receive and send internal transfers to and from account number 208467 which also require email confirmations?? :)

This issue has been solved and the owner of the account has successfully received the confirmation email so the withdrawal can be processed.

As Bro Fxfrench mentioned "owner of the account has successfully received the confirmation email", so don't worry, your withdrawal request should be processed in time.

Normally, in most of the cases, withdrawal issues occur, if broker is a market maker and if trader profits consistently. Fxopen runs both market maker & ECN platforms, so their dealing and behavior with each category of clients must be different. I hope that Fxopen does not apply the market making practices to the ECN clients.

But as you mentioned your account is ECN, so there should not be any doubt or issues with the withdrawal, moreover, you are withdrawing your remaining amount of your initial deposit. In case if you had profitably built up your account like doubled or tripled you original deposit with time, then the delays would raise an alarm. Current situation looks under control.


Can you kindly mention whether you are closing your ECN account with Fxopen as you have requested for full withdrawal and if yes,
then
can you mention whats the reason for closing the account and whether you encountered any trading or platform issues like trade delays, connection problems, slippage etc etc so that other traders can have an idea before proceeding to Fxopen ECN.

hello

I am a trader with FXopen since December and i would like to share with you some of my thoughts, and one very recent experience.

I think all of us fear what the broker will do once it comes to withdrawal and/or a problem with the account.

first, i so far had one withdrawal, and although it was not a huge amount, i did withdraw a little over 3x my initial deposit. All was dealt within a day, but this was e-currency, bank wire migth take and do take longer.
I also had multiple internal transfers within the broker, all fast and correct, both between my account, as well as involving rebate to my refs.
with this experience i upgraded my ac****, and used a more serious amount (5000$) to trade on a standard account, about 2 weeks ago.

and today i got a serious problem in the morning, trading GBPJPY pair. I could never believe such can happen to me, but did, and let me tell you that one dont like to have that fear to see your account disappear in minutes and feel so helpless.
what happened i got a wrong quote on the pair, a buy order filled on 1 lot trade but not 145.55, as market was, but at 148.55 a wrong price.
never the less in minutes my account was margin called.

After some try with live chat, i found one of FXopen's IB partner to be of my help, and with Kevin's (of FXOpenMexico) help we have all the matter sorted out, CEO and dealer contacted, and account restored, not only the margin called trade, but after i explained my trading the day ( i had a corresponding micro account with similar set of trades). FXOpen CEO Alex also did understand the matter and we fast arrived to an agreement, so i had never had any further problem to shout scam, etc.

I learnt that FXopen isnt all way correct, such i missed the 24 hour live phone, but the dealing and helpfulness from management was genuinely a positive experience, and i dont suffer any demage to prompt me to not trust in this broker. I understand there is no perfect broker, but if one can pay me more than the initial deposit out and deal with such a misquote within same day, and with mutual satisfaction, i believe FXopen is as good as any good broker!

Once again, i had no any problem so far with this broker, neither with withdrawal, nor with solving a matter.
 
Great tingtong. I got your email as well and also sent it straight to the dealer.

I appears one of the quotes providers (MM platform) became unreliable and is being replaced. That caused the error you experienced.

And also to update on krdkale's problem posted in the first post of this thread, the client has successfully received his confirmation email and the withdrawal has been processed. This issue is now solved.
