Today 19.09.2009. And my friend still could not withdraw his money (2576,43USD) from Fxopen for 17 days. He has no open position since 1.09.2009 and waiting for withdraw.
His ECN account number is 203588.
Since I suggested Fxopen to my friend, I 'm trying to help him to be able to withdraw his money back. I can show you all the e-mail messages and screenshots.
The problem:
Fxopen has a cabinet which never sends verification e-mail to us. They said that it is our an e-mail server problem and suggested us to change to a new e-mail server. We did request 10 times and changed our e-mails from most secure to most insecure ones but their system is programmed sothat it is not sending verification e-mail to us and you are not able to wtihdraw your money.
I would like FPA to investigate and find a solution:
It should be possible to withdraw our money with only ID documents. Since
They are refusing their system fault and refusing to pay us with faxing our ID documents.
We are very worried and seeking your help.
