Yes, it is true. We outsource to them out of office hours. We also plan to have a cross support plan with the new FXOpen UK when they open their doors to the public. It means that we can provide a better service in a cost effective way. FXOpen NZ and FXOpen UK staff are familiar with our product and can help with general advice and if needed, they have contact with myself and our IT team 24/5 should someone need more than a general helping hand.
I don't mind being woken at 2am to deal with an emergency. I'm used to it
