    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Is it true your company plan to use employees from FXOpen.NZ to operate your out-of-hours help lines ?

Yes, it is true. We outsource to them out of office hours. We also plan to have a cross support plan with the new FXOpen UK when they open their doors to the public. It means that we can provide a better service in a cost effective way. FXOpen NZ and FXOpen UK staff are familiar with our product and can help with general advice and if needed, they have contact with myself and our IT team 24/5 should someone need more than a general helping hand.

I don't mind being woken at 2am to deal with an emergency. I'm used to it :)
 
I never posted about any broker but this really surprise me:

I received email that they canot pay my withdrawal that they dont have money on their skrill. Than I asked what that means. And answer was, yes we dont have money on the skrill, please use bank transfer? WHAT? Company of this format?

FX Open this put you behind all good australian brokers, this actually make you shame of australian brokers reputation. This is not pro clients service. Just to told me f*uck off we dont have money on the skrill use other methods. When I asked what is fee on bank trasnfer I didnt received any answer for a week now.

Yes, our Euro Skrill account is depleted. We do have more than enough funds in our bank client accounts so you have the option of a bank transfer in Euros if you wish.

Hope I will receive my money. Shame of you FXOpen, I never had problems with you but this is disrespectfull behaviour to your clients. You dont have money on Skrill? Its not my problem.
 
Hi I'm from New Zealand.
1/ Do you allow NZ Accounts?
2/ If so do you have the MT5 platform.? If not when are you likely to get it.
3/ Do you have New York Close Charts?
