We have always claimed to have regulation by VFSC. Our company has a branch in the UK, but never claimed to be registered there, as it says on our official website.
We have never provided any false regulation certificates, nor have we pretended to have any other type of regulation.
FXPM has many satisfied customers for many years, and will continue providing the best services possible.
The website and MT4 is undergoing some maintenance and upgrades and should be back soon, which is why you were provided with new details, in order to not have to suspend any types of trading, and to keep the requested services available.
As you can see, any complaints that were received by customers up until now, were handled the best way possible, and the goal is to solve your issues promptly and efficiently as well.
All trades, deposits, withdrawals on your account were done by you directly, all financial transactions on the account were done by yourself, through the client area, and were never processed by us.
The mentioned warnings refer to 2 years ago, and are not relevant for this case.
