FxPro delete my orders profits

I just trade manual used limit orders...not ea..not arbitrage...facepalm....
what is very remarkable : they only removed profits from very profitable orders, and they did not affect the order that was with a small profit and opened in the same period of time. FxPro are real scammers who can steal any of your money that they like they can abhor only small change.

I just now looked at their review page again. FPA has a clear warning indicating that they have engaged in review manipulation and other deceptive practices unbecoming a good broker.

But of course it seems like so many here (including some old members for some odd reason) want to throw their money at companies who make it their mission to not give it back.

Now if you are willing to wait about 4-14 months, you can request that the UK FOS look into the complaint. Say that you already made a formal complaint with the broker and that they have not resolved the complaint satisfactorily. They cannot prove that the trade was made off market. They are just being greedy and do not want to pay the profit.

The fact that you already made a formal complaint and they responded will remove a couple of months from the process.

if FxPro doesn't resolve my problem soon, I will make a claim.

I saw that FxPro has several companies, that are regulated by several authorities.
Only FxPro UK Limited is being regulated by UK's FCA

Under whose country regulation authority did you open your account ?

I am asking you this info because right now, as I was trying to open a live account with them I saw thatby default you end up being registered with "FxPro Financial Services Ltd" which is regulated in Cyprus.

I always try to stay away from Cyprus regulated companies
