    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem FXTM decline my withdrawal through debit card

Hi,
My account number is 141132232, Transfer request ID is 12877829.
I originally deposit through my debit card and after a year I want to withdraw my money. I request to withdraw the money through debit card and they declined my request. The reason given is "Because you haven't used your card for over a year kindly resubmit your withdrawal via another payment method or activate another payment method such as wallets or crypto to withdraw your funds. Thank you". May I know how is this even fair for us. Just transfer the money back to the original verified detail. Also my payment method is verified at the beginning.

Have you tried contacting their customer support directly regarding the issue? Sometimes, speaking can help resolve these kinds of problems.

Their customer support did not reply to my email. Filed a ticket too but non of them approach me.
