FXTM Delays My Withdrawal

I am just a small trader who deposited USD1000 into FXTM account and traded for 1 month and earned $90.

I made withdrawal with the amount of $1070+ and get delayed until now which has past 24 hours.
I made another withdrawal with $18 and it was instantly processed and received on the spot as well.

But for this 1070, I contacted support via Live Chat, Whatsapp for 4 times and I was told to be patient.
Just $1070 and they delayed such withdrawal.

Although I have contacted their support several time, I was told they will send a reminder to backend to speed up the process and but it is just a liar.
 
Just 1070 if they want to scam, I donate to them

Received after 4 emails sent. They did not honour their agreeable withdrawal processing time which is 24 hours. They took more than it.

Payments are processed and sent from our side within a maximum of 24 working hours - and this withdrawal was released from FXTM's side within the said time frame.

Please keep in mind that payment-process once sent from our side would depend on the external payment portal and is usually conducted during working hours (weekend days do not count as working hours) and we always do our best to push the external payment portal to release the funds to you as soon as possible.
