Hi,

I have been working with Gainsy From 2013 May. At first the customer care services and the quality was good. I had withdrawn too many times. And I had gain some. But these days the Broker is not going well. At first some of my deposited funds (to a pamm account) get lost at the rollover time. I asked to the customer service about that and they can not give an clear answer. I contacted via companies ticket service and financial department, but there's no answer.
I've been in forex market from 2007, and I know that when some trick begins like that the Broker is near to the ruin. So I hope to lower my funds at that Broker... I'll inform everyone here that follow that topic and Gainsy...

After couple of months of profitabler era I put request for refund. I was waiting for 3 days and then I connected with live support. They told me they see the request and they will deal it In next 24 hours - nothing.

After next live chat I cannot connect on my web platform any more. They told me to delete my cookies and to put right username and password and I did everything.

On their email support@gainsy.com nobody replies and on live chat they always tell me to wait 24 hours and again and again (I have all the livechat emails, PDF statement of my account)...

And here we go again... Right now Im on the live chat and they are telling me to wait 24 hours - AGAIN And always nobody know nothing about my case, when I provide username and ID Im always on the begining

I cannot believe this!!!

Today I got my profit from bank! I also attached my history of deposits/withdrawals.

Please tell me, what did you do to receive the money from Gainsy??

Hope you guys have already solved all your problems, because I still have small account with gainsy and deposit-withdraw small amounts ($5-10) weekly. just verify your acc and there will no be any problems, also on many portals : fxbook, factory ect they have positive reviews...
