On GBP situation is similar to EUR - market at overbought and major resistance but major target stands slightly above the market:

£Stirling..history usually shows strength in August. Every year i missed this opportunity. This year with exceptional circumstances...it may act differently...but i am seeing £ strength across the all pairs at the moment. Its also reported on UK News this morning that economic impact of CV19 is not showing up yet in Economic figurs etc etc! I have taken a short position on EUR/GBP..and will look to 'add in more'..as i see this every year!GBP strength against EUR...all through August..!!
