GDP Data

Economic data released today:

GDP:
4Q Corporate Profits fell 3.3% versus an increase by 2.4% in 3Q; 4Q Final Chain-Weighted Price Index rose 0.4% versus Preliminary increase by 0.4%; 4Q Final Purchases Price Index rose 2.1% versus Preliminary increase by 2.1%; 4Q Final Core PCE Price Index rose 0.4% versus Preliminary increase by 0.5%; 4Q Final PCE Price Index rose 1.7% versus Preliminary increase by 1.8%; 4Q Final Real Final Sales rose 6.7% versus Preliminary increase by 6.7%; US 4Q GDP Consensus rose 3.0%;US 4Q Final GDP rose 3.1% versus Preliminary GDP increase by 2.8%.

Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index:
University of Michigan End-March Sentiment 67.5; University of Michigan End- March Current Index 82.5; University of Michigan End- March Expectations 57.9; University of Michigan 12-Month Inflation Forecast rose 4.6%; University of Michigan 5-Year Inflation Forecast rose 3.2%.
