No folks this is not a scam, I simply need to accumulate trading data from multiple traders to build a non-commercial EA. As such im looking for traders to get paid to trade. Simply trade as normal from your own account and win, lose or break even we will pay you for trading!

By itself, your trading data is relatively meaningless, but alongside many other traders over months of trading we can formulate statistics. All of this data will be used to train our EA algorithms with human-like capacities.

    PAYMENT SCHEME

First month - $1 per trading day

Second month - $2 per trading day

Third and subsequent months - $3 per trading day

    CONTACT

Please contact scapegoat2000@yahoo.com to start! VERY limited number of places available though.

    FINAL NOTE

Please dont suggest in any reply postings that this is a scam. It is not, it is a genuine offering and the EA I am building will not be for commercial sale. This is a private project.

This thread had me worried, so I put it into moderation while checking on it.

It appears that Allan really is paying to collect some information about the performance of an EA. Be careful with any risk settings. He is paying for data, not compensating you if you lose money on your live account.

Good luck to Allan and all those who decide to participate.

The initial post doesn't mention that it has to be on a live account.

The moderator is speaking for non compensation in case of loss of money on the live account. If this is just for gathering information, demo account will do the job also. Right?

I didn't ask Allan if live accounts were required to not. I just don't want someone leaping in with a large live account and complaining later if it causes a loss.

Thinking suspiciously (as we learned to do as Forex Traders) I suppose they will be controlling the account with an investor password. They would take 100 people on board, pay $2000 for the first month. Probably they would then choose the winning strategies and drop the losing ones. Finally they hope that they would have figured out the trading strategy within three months, or even worst they will just continue copying the trades on some other account....

If this is not the case, then I will trade a demo account for them with a free EA and get the payment!

Is that ok with you Alan?

Not necessarily. We all know psychology is different when dealing with real money. But with that said, I might give demos a run. But if you want to use demo i'll need to run it for a 2 week trial before payments begin. You should also have at least one or two weeks history on the demo.

Also; no EA's allowed. I'm only interested in what humans do.

Email your demo account investor details to me if you want to give them a run. scapegoat2000@yahoo.com

Since the project is for programming a non-commercial EA, I would think that an account traded by a non-commercial EA would be the optimal wish you would have!

I don't want EA's being used sorry. And your suspicious theory isn't correct. For starters... have you ever tried to reverse engineer a strategy? Its damn near impossible. Also, I don't expect highly successful long term traders will be interested in this offer. Simply wouldn't be worth their time. And if they are using a strategy they regard as 'top secret' because of its profitability, then they wouldn't touch this offer.
