Giambrone is currently instructed by over 100 clients who have been scammed from all corners of the world. The company names which keep coming up for the moment are Lbinary, NRG Binary and Titan Trade, and the pattern is identical for each instance.

These companies will convince clients to invest vast sums of money with the promise of huge gains. At the point that a client requests a withdrawal, the company will begin to ignore the client calls, e-mails and any and all attempts to make contact with the company.

They have various accounts around the world, but seem to use two in particular, one which is based in Singapore, and one which is based in Poland. The banks have been informed about the fraudulent behavior and investigations are now in an advanced stage for the clients who have instructed Giambrone.

I'm curious too. It's daunting to know up front fees are required when we have already been cheated.

The amounts charged can vary greatly depending on the nature of the company. Some companies are harder to track down than others, so any attempt to recover money from them could be more expensive.

The best option is to contact GiabroneLaw directly. Tell them about your case and ask. Be aware that Class Action cases are generally much cheaper than if you go it alone.

I´ve been working with Giambrone for more than a year. Upto now without progress in my case. But I´ve paid fees :-(
