Gold finally starts second leg of downside retracement and now we consider 1595-1605 support cluster for long entry, if, downside action doesn't turn to collapse:

Weaker USD does not support deeper retracement on XAU... except forced one.
Stronger EUR makes more troubles to EU but such intervention never last long so we will see.
XAU, XAG and USD were too strong but the real question is who would buy indeces so expensive in XAU and XAG?

I think it is impossible to push only indeces down but pushing only XAU in abyss is even more stupid so only option is to push both, indeces a bit faster so they get acceptable price in XAU. But where is that price and if only one farts in Middle East we get run away trains..

Rogers XAU is opened, I bought XAG @ 16,8 but breaking 16,5312 could trigger more down move all the way to 15 zone, BUT I expect US30 to drop below important level and so we get up moves on XAU and XAG.

its a big drop on xau...I bought on dip, although it was a bit like catching a falling knife? @1580, lets see Mr Sive view over the weekend

Not having had an order in place for the sell signal on Gold worked in my favour on this ocassion. I opened a short on Tuesday at 1684 that I closed for 95pip profit at 1589 yesterday. Then following Roger's signal I took a long at 1582. The drop was quiet sudden on Friday....let's see what Sive has to say....
