Building Permits:
Building Permits rose 16.7% to 635K Rate in December.

Housing Starts:
November Housing Starts Revised to +3.8% from +3.9%; U.S. December Housing Starts fell 4.3% to 529K; Compared to Consensus of a decrease by 0.2%.
