goptions scam (my own horrible story with goptions)

Have a read of it, I will paste paragraph 5 of chapter 11 of their terms and conditions here:

"Withdrawals of profits will only be processed when 20 trades or volume in the amount of the 10 times the deposit amount (trades volume must then be greater than the deposit value), the greater in sum of volume of the two, are performed. Failure to execute this amount of trading will render the account as fraud, an attempt at fraud, or otherwise nullifies gains."

Another restriction - you're only allowed to withdraw from your account once per month. There's a $10 + 12% to withdraw from accounts deemed inactive for a month plus $10 + 12% + $25 for accounts deemed inactive for 3 months. Of course this all contradicts paragraph 5 (pasted above in red) which says your profits are forfeited after 3 months and you're deemed to be a money launderer. Will they still give you back your initial deposit minus $25 + $10 + $12 + 1.2% etc? Basically once you've deposited your money it's their money and you'll have to grovel in order to get any back and if you're lucky you'll get something back minus all the above charges. Seriously, would any money launderers be stupid enough to deposit money with these scammers? I doubt it.

Why someone don't ask them whether they operate as illegal casino operator 'cause "you must place 20 trades in X volume" is a casino term which is used to reduce casino's operational risks. Perhaps they like to call everyone "scammer", "cheater" and "money launderer" and sue every client ( or at least they claim to do that, in fact they don't! ).

I am really wondering what a trader would risk $200 by depositing with them.

Goptions is a scam company. Adam Stone is not his real name. His from Israel. Goptions UK address on the website is fake. They stole £5k from me. Look at the traders court. I invested 5k and they never procceded they just blocked access to my account. I'm looking people who invested in them and are ready to pay the advocate with me, open court case and share the cost. If somebody won't do anything they will still be stealing money from people. Total cost for an advocate cost $10k for that case. We can claim 1milion reimburse for damages cost by them.

I wish I saw this post and this forum before I got scammed by Goptions and his account manager Ronnie Adam. Somebody called me couple weeks ago saying that he is the new account manager of Goptions. He is here to fix what the other manager has damaged. He kept telling me about his experience and his trading skills and how could he help other to have a better life. He told me, that he is here to help me change my life. He said if you put 10K I promise to turn that amount to 100K by the end of this year with guarantee. He added saying we are going to open 7 trades together with free risk, that means when you lose the trades you get the money back. He called me many times to check if I had the money to start because the market was good for trade and he does not want me to lose the opportunity. I did not want to risk and I did not have 10k. I decided to invest 1.5k and before making a deposit I asked him if the deal was still up with 1.5k. He said alright (I like your honesty let's do that) He promised me that 1.5k is going to be 10K in less than 3 months and I don't have to withdraw until I have enough money to place bigger trades. He insisted to make a deposit and then he said let's start. He put me in 8 losing trades with all the amount I had. He forced me in a smart way to take bonus and When I asked him about the free risk he said that was not the deal and he turn his face and left me just like that without answering my messages or calls. Ronnie Adam as he called himself and goptions are a big scam and I really need my money. It's a nightmare.

I am really sorry for your bad experience with GOptions, @SamS, but this is how they work, no matter what name they tell you and how new is the "new" account manager. Their goal is to scam you and they won't leave until they get your money. Luckily, you'd lost only $1,5K. There are people who claim that their loss is higher than $50,000. Of course, for some of them, $1,5K might be a very high sum which equals 3 montly paychecks...
Your funds are gone! It is highly recommended that you risk only a part of your savings because if you get scammed, you could easily recover by investing in something else.
The nightmare has come to an end and now it is reality. Always check reviews about the company you deal with.

We just received chat conversations between a potential goptions client and one of the goptions subordinate who uses the name "Amanda Castle".

So is there an active law suit against GOptions? I am 1 month into trying to get my money out of there. Looking for options!

Of course not, who would sue a company which doesn't exist...They promised that they would sue anyone who tarnishes their reputation down -still nothing. They lied that they sue a client of theirs in another jurisdiction...
This is not a company which cares for their clients. So, stay away.
