Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

the company goptions has no integrity at all and is a dishonest company so i will go all the way to show that the company is defective in the way the company operates and that it is not providing a service at all

Does taking funds from a customer constitute a service? Definitely not and goptions is literally a company that cheats

Ok submitted the letter to the bank it is clear that goptions is defective as a service and have failed to provide a proper service to clients

If you bank doesn't believe you tell them to do a Google search for "Goptions scam" where where will find 312,000 results from thousands of people who have lost millions of dollars to these thieving scumbags.

If there was a bonus, nearly all broker terms allow it to be removed. Some brokers will label this as a withdrawal. I'm not saying that Goptions didn't rip you off, but if they gave a bonus and then withdrew the bonus, that's one item you should ignore while pursuing them on the real issues.

No there was no bonus at all they kept asking me to deposit and then they removed all the funds those funds were not bonuses at all and the bank can verify that so do not be mistaken

Kindly refer to the beginning post ,the funds never came at all and yes there are real issues with goptions which is the lack of integrity and removing funds when a client refuses to deposit more
