Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Grand Theft EA III

I am having an issue with a company
wrinkles

I've only just discovered FPA. Unfortunately, too late as far as Pipsleader is concerned. I'm currently in the process of trying to get the promised "no questions asked" refund from them. Now that I know they're a scam, I understand why I'm getting the runaround, and no money back. I've sent several emails, and snapshots of trades to them, to show that their system doesn't make profits, in order to get my refund, but to no avail. I've also tried to get ClickBank to do something, with the same result. Zilch! - I'm very nervous now, as I've bought into four other EA's, with the idea that I could get a refund if they don't work out ok. None of them are making money at this stage. Looks like I've created a very expensive exercise for myself. With Fapturbo Evolution the most exspensive!
Thanks FPA for your exellent website, even though it's shown me up to be the mug I feel I now am. Hopefully I'll learn something.

dont worry brother

That money that u spent on EAs wasnt wasted. Its a small deposit on your Forex education. I know that doesnt help in the short run but the cost of several EAs is chicken feed compared to trading without any real experience. I was hosed for over 3 grand my 1st 30 days in Forex-If u dont quit-u aint beat.:)

If you bought your EA's through ClickBank, and your within the 60 day trial period, getting a refund is easy. Just forward the e-mail receipt to refunds@clickbank.com and ask for it. If you no longer have the original receipt you will have to fill out a form on their web site and you will need the confirmation number. Either way refunds are easy to get from ClickBank.

Magic Machine was a rather expensive EA to pay for and keep, considering it is available for free. But if it is used wisely it should be able to pay for itself on a micro account with minimal risk, he had optimized it very well for the current time period.

FAP-T Evolution is a fine EA, but a bit expensive. I didnt buy it, but from everything I see its just a matter of time and money managment. It will pay for itself and keep producing. The people behind it have great support and intend it to be the top EA. If you dont want it contact them and ask what you can do. They have a waiting list of people who havent been able to get one, and they dont plan to rerelease it any time soon. They learned the first time and are trying to maintain its effectivness and not oversell it.

So dont condem these EA's too soon. Some are quite capable of producing profits, just not anything like the hype thats promised.

And any EA, or any purely mechanical system for that matter, can benefit from some guidance. If you learn how the EA or system works, and put it to use in the right situations, you can almost guarantee returns. even the old ForexAutoPilot or Steinitz MTF will make money if you put them on a long term trend and only allow them to trade in the trends direction, hopefully the direction of positive interest since there may be a few large drawdowns you have to wait out. The fact is too many people, expect too much, too fast.
