    Grand Capital they have wrost technical support. Once you place withdrawl recuest you think you will get in 3 days as there terms. But the third day they will decline your withdraw recuest and say rule no, 3.2.1 you cant withdraw money while trades are running even there is enough margin . They want client close all trades and wait three days without trading then we withdraw ?? lol what a joking broker they just dont give money back. sucks

    Today i recieved call from gautam das in behalf of grandcapital.net. He request me to delete all the posts from all forumns and groups to recieve my withdrawal.. He said it is the only way i will get my withdrawal. He told me to cancel the withdrawal request and put another request so that he will payout the withdrawal. But again and again they are delaying the withdrawal and playing with the money of investors. I request you please help me for my money. Its my money and grandcapital.net is not paying out the withdrawal. I have all chat and call record proofs of gautam das from grandcapital.net

    Withdrawal request not accepted by grandcapital.net while they promised for 2-3 days time for the withdrawal
    I request you all to help me to get my money back

    Without a doubt, it is a very unpleasant situation for us and we would really like it to be resolved peacefully.

    We have examined the situation. The managers you spoke to were correct to give you the explanation they did, as at that time they didn’t have sufficient information, which should have been provided by the partner you have registered through. Your request was assigned to the regional partner, who we were not able to get in touch with for all that time, owing to circumstances beyond our control. That resulted in managers replying you with what they knew at that moment.

    Once Goutam Das figured out what was going on and we saw the posts, he apologized for what happened and asked you to delete the posts, as clearly it was a technical error, not a scam. It was not a blackmail, it was merely a request to understand our situation and delete the comments.

    As the manager is responsible, among other things, for the company’s reputation, this situation is very important to him and that is why he asked you to delete the posts.

    We hope for your understanding and that the situation will be resolved the best way possible for the both parties.

    I have recieved my withdrawal today. I have no issue with the grandcapital.net. There was a documentation problem causing the delay for the withdrawal.. Now problem solved

    This is what you get when they need to pay you money, stay away from this broker they do this when you really make some money. (See attachment)
    All trades are executed from MT4 normally on the times the instruments are open there is not possibility to cheat as a client anyway.
    Waiting for 6 weeks for a $2500 withdraw and then you get this email :
