Wow....this looks like intentional bad performance! There's just no logic that I can discern from those statements....
Having said that....I would NEVER trust an un-registered company in an unregulated foreign country with $100K of MY money. That's just asking for trouble.
On the other hand....if that German Bank recommended this broker, then the bank should be culpable.
