Guilty. They've wasted too much time making promises and not paying. There are other complaints coming in already. If things don't improve soon, I think ECNAlpha is going to end up with a SCAM rating.

After then, I received the following mails from ECN Alpha.

Dear sir,
We had banking issue and we will start paying from monday. We see your
account balance is around 50k usd. Kindly cancel the old withdrawal
request and place multiple requests of 10k usd each...

He said, he will pay me back today, so I will waiting for him a few days.
But if he breaks a promise with me again, I will report him to be SCAM to FSA belong to my country that is Japan.
FSA of Japan is famous for hating the very sight of high leverage brokers and SCAM brokers, in order to take care of Japanese investors.

And I will also report Acme Hedge to be SCAM to FSA.

These delaying tactics are sickening and utterly incorrect- no-one could trust a company like that and it is our duty to tell the truth to other (new) traders - my vote is guilty.
