I did receive an acknowledgement that the company would be responding to my questions (apparently the person that we have to deal with has been in hospital)....but nothing further!
We will be taking steps to follow up with them.
If they fail to respond then that in itself is a breach of their obligations under the Financial Service Provider legislation. This could ultimately result in de-registration from the NZ Financial Service Provider Register. I realise that would not resolve your issue though.

In my considered opinion ECNPROFX were and still are nothing short of scammers, and that it was their intention to be so from the beginning. I have checked their WEB site and it is down this morning UK time. Setting up people for the sole purpose of robbing them is most despicable.
