Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.Forexoma.com

My Case is: I have deposited 5,000 USD into their account to use their brokerage service to trade FX in MT4 platform. I filed an account application with Forexoma around end of May and I finally recieved an email confirmation from Forexoma that my account was finally approved on June 21, 2013. It took them almost over a month to get my account approved. Their reason was because they were doing a lot of system upgrading on their end including their MT4 tools. On June 28, 2013 my funds has reached Forexoma and recieved an email from them stating that my funds has funded my live account and that I can start trading. Aug 5th, 3 of my position were closed out in my MT4 platform by Forexoma. They were all closed around 14:05-09 that day. I immediately send a support ticket to Forexoma to resolve the issue. They also sent back a confirmation email stating they have recieved my helpdesk ticket tracking ID: 7PB1AEHXXN. But they have not reply in more than 4 days and I have sent addtional 3 emails daily demanding to know what is going on. Then I went to FPA forum and noticed that people are also complaining about FOREXOMA on the same issues. This is when I realize that something is very wrong and I immediately send a fund withdrawal request on Aug 8th 2013 which is still to no avail presently. Currently, MT4 stated that FOREXOMA are no longer their client and their website are also no longer exist. Up until today, I still have not hear from Forexoma since their last automated email response back on Aug 8th, 2013 regarding the withdrawal request. There is also no way for me to contact Forexoma as well. The people in the forum and I believe that a person named Vahid Chaychi might be responsible for this scam although we need enough evidence to support a class action on this person. I even filed a complaint on Forexoma on econsumer.gov

Technically, you need an individual thread in Scam Alerts instead of posts in another person's thread.

Go ahead and get one made and this can be fast-tracked.

Oh dear another day and another victim. The website is down and the broker would appear to have left town. The only question is 'which town'. No insolvency specialist has been appoint to wind up the affairs. I am in no doubt of the guilt and will be voting accordingly when the time arises.

I really don't understand why we should wait for people to complain more to officially declare these people as SCAM?!
Let's suppose they will wake from the death and reactivate the website... it will turn them back to be saints?
The facts are clear- the site is off, they are holding traders money, no one answers or reply while they are obligated to, platform is off. Now this is a scam without any extra need for proofs.

With the site offline, there's no danger of any more money being taken. These cases will bring more victims together to share information about how and where to complain.

Like I suggested some time back, FPA should have a page/ thread where all these brokers voted guilty should be posted to make it ease for us to know which of them to avoid. It will also make other brokers think twice before ripping off their customers.

I will be voting Guilty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
