My Case is: My name is Olayemi Ibraheem Olayinka i operate account no 300707,300709,300708,300818 with kiwifx.

On the 14/11/2013, I placed a withdrawal of $1200,below is the withdrawal receipt

They deducted the money from my trading account,but the money wasn’t sent to me.
On the 25/11/2013 I placed another withdrawal of $500 below is the receipt they sent to me:

They also didn’t sent me the withdrawal,I have a pending with of $1700 and $524 in my trading platform with them,but they have refused to pay me my money without any explanation.all they keep saying is that my withdrawal is in queue.please assist me in getting my withdrawal from this guys.thankx

I placed a withdrawal of $1200 since last week thursday,but am yet to receive my fund,i have sent a mail to accounts@kiwifxbank.com on monday,but am yet to receive a reply or my funds.when i chat with the live help,they keep telling me that i should send a mail,am just sending another one now.please look at this issue,cause it is taking longer than i thought.looking forward building a long relationship with your company.thankx
