My Case is: Unacceptable activities conducted by GOptions
We also want to report some activities that GOptions has been conducted. We have witnessed all the phone conversations that has been recorded in the office by us, the colleagues and business partners (Dennis Verhulst, Karel Pietersen, Willem van der Heijden, Peter Dijkstra, Ria van den Broek, Olivia Martina, Aziz Hosseini and Martijn Simons) of Vic Chan. We have witnessed everything together with Vic, every converstation (phone, email, skype, facebook). Vic saved us, by telling us to wait with depositing money to GOptions, because he wants to be sure if the same day withdrawal is guaranteed. If the same day withdrawal has been realized, then we could deposit our money to GOptions as well. Actually, an Eastern European or Middle Eastern subordinate who uses the name “Rachel Zane” has cancelled Vic’s first withdrawal of 500 euro because she wants to make sure he would not leave GOptions, so instead she helped him with only 250 euro to show him that the withdrawal works, because she knows he will deposit in total 5000 euro. So she contacted him many times to deposit 5000 euro. So instead he deposited 4910 euro, because he lost 160 euro from the 250 euro what is left from the first deposit. So he only had 90 euro left. And 90 euro plus 4910 euro is 5000 euro. After the withdrawal the subordinate only informed Vic about adding the bonus offer. He didn’t take the bonus, because if he took the bonus, he will have requirements. We found out she didn’t mention anything about the 4 x risk free trades, so Vic took initiative and asked about the risk free trades. So we want to be sure if the risk free trades are still valid and she said it is still valid but 4 times in a row. So he used 4 x 250 euro on 4 trades in one row. He won 3 trades of 250 euro and lost 1 trade of 250 euro. So she refunded the 1 risk free trade of 250 euro. She has registered the risk free trade refund 250 euro (225 euro + 25 euro) under the name ‘bonus’, but this is not the bonus with requirements, because Vic has mentioned clearly that he doesn't want the bonus, because he doesn't want any requirements. So we wanted to be sure before Vic deposit more money, if the same day withdrawal is guaranteed because the subordinate cancelled Vic’s first withdrawal because she wants to be sure that Vic is staying with GOptions. Vic has the right to withdraw anytime he wants, if he wants to test the withdrawal, then she must cooperate and complete the request instead of cancelling. So Vic requested the withdrawal, all of his money to test if the same day withdrawal is guaranteed. After that she contacted Vic because she said her manager got the feeling that he wants to quit. If he wants to quit, he can quit anytime he wants because he didn’t take the bonus. So one week passed by. In that week she blocked his account because he wants to withdraw his money and after that she contacted him by email with the subject “Account blocked” because she said that she will not deal with him anymore through email and she was asking when to call him, because we all know that she doesn’t want to deal via email, because email can be used as black-and-white proof. So she called him and we used the record button again. So literally every phone conversation has been recorded. The subordinate was being aggressive on the phone and pushes him to deposit more money or pushes to take the bonus and Vic wants her to realize the same day withdrawal. After that she said my manager wants to speak with you. So, like we have mentioned before every phone conversation has been recorded. So Vic have spoken to her manager who uses the name “Danny Stevens”. He explained how they are working and that he had his own platform which was bankrupted. After the phone conversation, the subordinate unblocked Vic’s account and asked if she can call him. And she gave him 2 options: 1) That is going further with her, or 2) That is to quit and she makes sure that she will deposit Vic’s money back to his credit card account. So Vic has chosen for option 2 which is quitting and let her deposit his money back to his credit card account. And the person who uses the name “Danny Stevens” wanted to charge 1000 euro fee when withdrawal. After that Vic said it doen’t cost anything if you deposit it back to my credit card account. And then Danny said if you don’t want to pay fee then you have to place 20 trades, so he did Danny a favor and he placed more than 100 trades. Eventually he made more losses than winnings which is good for GOptions, but we all know that Vic has already placed almost 230 trades after his total deposit of 5000 euro and including his first deposit Vic has placed 510 trades. But anyway, Danny told Vic after he places at least 20 trades, he can withdraw his money. So one week passed by again. In that week Vic has made some phone calls to the account department to tell them to speed up the process, that the subordinate and Danny has to realize the agreement that has been made by them which is to complete the withdrawal request after placing at least 20 trades. One time he got hung up by another subordinate who uses the name “Amy”. In that week Vic’s account has been blocked again. And the withdrawal request has not been completed yet. We have experienced the withdrawal process from other brokers and all of them took less than one week. They didn’t even ask questions about the withdrawal. They were very helpful.

Vic has been very reasonable to the subordinate who uses the name Rachel Zane and her manager who uses the name Danny Stevens.
We have experienced the same experience like all the victims of GOptions and it is very terrible and stressful. And GOptions should recover all the victims’ damage.

“We know that you don’t have no authority, that’s why I give you permission bases on the advice of a trustful and reliable person Julian, to assist me by letting Rachel know that she can give up and that I never want to deal with her anymore. A lot of people got involved with this, they see that Rachel is acting really desperate, greedy, she said she is making over 40000 euro a day why doesn’t she want to return the 5321 euro, they also wants to see that receiving my money is guaranteed. Shortly, GOptions has been recommended by a trustful and reliable person Julian, if it wasn’t for him I would never be a client of GOptions and my money is still at GOptions and I have the right to withdraw my money, because I didn’t take the bonus and I placed more than 500 trades. Given the fact that you are working at GOptions, I was adviced to give you permission to tell Rachel to return my instead of keeping it, because I haven’t given her permission to cancel my withdrawal request.
