@Pharaoh, i'd like to seek every possible efforts in regaining the funds or other matters to shut them down. At least until now, their website is still operating. If I should seek Israel Authority, then I'll do it. Mercer Capital is authorized at SEC. Mercerfx is part of Mercer Capital New Zealand (as it is stated in the website). So why not?
