Unfortunately, it's a BO broker so, your losses are their gains and their gains are your losses. So, it appears that they got you into some kin of contract with them for three months that let them basically do anything they wanted. So, if they lost all your money, then you had no way to really stop it. Further, they advertise their 8/10 success rate to lure people in (but that "success" rate is over what period of time? Not long enough, clearly) and then blame the market if they cannot replicate the expected gains. They also point to the "past performance is no guarantee of future performance" moniker ... so, it looks like everything was set up against you from the beginning. Again, they suckered you in with the earlier successes and then anchored you in place whilst they bled you dry ... definitely guilty.

I would stay away from such an obvious scam setup, yet another boiler room operation.

First, the so called contract for 3 months is ridiculous and only implies massive draw downs, while they run a script to display on your account impressive but "hypothetical" gains. In this is the stage, the magician has mesmerized you so you can help them lure in all your friends and further drain your savings. Since you are now the envy of all of your adoring fans who went all aboard before the ship sails - but instead, the precipitous drop ensues on the crazy train for the next 3 months while they empty your account.

Second, the trading probably never really occurred because all their quotes are off the demo server and the magician never reveals "the secret", now do they?

And finally there is really no magical secret, just a simple slight of hand and - WOW, how come every time these so called "pro traders" are followed you totally ruined their winning streak? Yes, EVERY DAMN TIME!

They are "pro traders". They are very professional about moving money from the client's account to the broker's account. And then the site goes down for "maintenance".

GUILTY!

This is bad! But it confirms what I have heard from one trustworthy professional forextrader online. He says that he just quit all binary trading, because he never was able to get his gains/winnings out of the companies offering this service. - Something to keep in mind. GUILTY.

It is hard to imagine how any contract provison could validly be drafted in such a way that a customer gives money to a broker or a bank, allows them to gamble around with it in any way they want to, and then once the losses are below the inital investment does not allow the customer to stop them from gambling for a "fixed term". Admittedly this whole setting should alarm the investor from the beginning on.

Guilty as hell.

Reminds me an ALF chapter, when he is trying to sell the gold from his starship,
through a precious metal broker, to buy a car.

Well, let me tell you how those scammers usually work. They give you the illusion that you are making a lot of profits when actually none of these profits is real and none of your trades reached the real market, it just stayed on their own servers. They do that hoping you would put more money with them thinking that you will make a fortune.

After you request a withdrawal or when they are convinced that you will not be sending any more money, your trades suddenly start losing a lot of money until there is nothing left in your account, and you guessed it, your money all goes to their account instead.

They just clearly scammed you with their professional traders who do not even exist.
