Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.ukoptions.com

My Case is: Hi! I requested for a withdrawal on March 10th, 2016 and they have yet to transfer my money after 11 days.

The live chat told me they would process in 5 working days.

They never reply to my emails until the 5th day where Stella Vitelli from support@ukoptions.com continue the bulls*** by the followings:

"Your query was sent to your account manager ,your account manager tried calling you for the last 2 days in order to assist. Please be available to receive your account manager's call."

They called me multiple times trying to sell me to deposit more
which I have told them repeatedly that I just want my money back.

I do not have issues with other brokers. I usually get my withdrawal processed in 3-5 working days.

I login into my account on April 10th and GUESS WHAT!
They resetted my password and place trades without my permission!
Check out the screenshot on the thread.

Now my balance is $3.75 when I've made a withdrawal request of $250
on March 10th, 2016.

I see they already are aware of your thread and told you to wait. I also see what happened when you did wait. I've gone ahead and sent a formal invitation.

Please post a status updated on Friday afternoon or Saturday to let me know if you've heard from them.

No they didn't. They even illegally reset my password and trade without my permission and lost all my money
AFTER I posted in FPA.

I've notified UK Options that if there is no progress, this goes to a vote next week.

With the supposed strict regulatory bodies governing these companies, why are they not intervening and holding these scammers accountable and prevent them from opening up under another name? Either these regulatory bodies have teeth or they don't ...... and if they don't then demands should be made politically to have legislation with teeth that governs across borders ... worldwide.
