  • Website Value: $169.32
  • Speed: Average (887ms)
  • Shares it's website with 43 other websites
  • Server is based in the UK
  • daily-trades.com is hiding their identity using this service:

Since this daily-trades.com domain is registered in the US, it would be reasonable to report this to the CFTC:

http://www.cftc.gov/ConsumerProtection/RedressReparations/index.htm

According to the details found on ScamAdviser.com this daily-trades.com maintains a typical profile as described by the CFTC as "off - exchange".
In another words, all trades, transactions, orders etc. are fictitious and hypothetical.

Since this daily-trades.com is hosted on a server based in the UK, reporting this crime / fraud would be responsible thing to do:
http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

It may also be a good idea to attain this domain operator(s) identity through legal services in order to diligently seek justice within the appropriate jurisdiction.

It seems this organization went through great lengths to hide their identity, and bombastically embellished upon itself with certifications from dysfunctional, self appointed regulators with very little dispute resolution authority.

The domain name may be registered in the United States, however their website hosting provider appears to be out of the United Kingdom, either through Rackspace or some unknown reseller, with the latter being more probable . The attached IP address is attached to multiple different disparate websites, which, not knowing how these things are provisioned exactly may not reveal anything important. More or less the above is irrelevant at this point, because the back office infrastructure is almost all third-party owned.

Let's look at their corporate structure:

Looking at their webpage, specifically the "Our Regulation", there are three different entities listed:

IVA MARKETING LTD "Daily-trades" 4 Norton Folgate London England E1 6DB,
IVA PROJECT LTD Registered address: The Financial Services Centre Stoney Ground, Kingstown Vincent & the Grenadies
Daily Trades Company “IVA MARKETS OU” is a certify broker and is regulated by MTR Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, Estonia.

The terms and conditions [link to: daily-trades.com/terms-and-conditions of the website make numerous references to Cyprus, the relevant portions say:

§ 1.3. All transactions between you and the Company take place in Cyprus where the Company’s principal servers are located.

§ 23. Governing Law This Agreement and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Cyprus and you irrevocably submit, for the benefit of the Company, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by, this Agreement or otherwise arising in connection with this Agreement.

So, there are five countries (see below) these companies make reference to in their website. The United States probably has nothing to do with this case unless specific information is stored on a server or some device located in the United States. Iam not sure what, if anything the CFTC could assist with given that the parties are all foreign, the possibility that data is passing though may not necessarily (in my opinion) rise to a civil matter which could be litigated through a US Court (by regulators or individual) or even rise to a crime in the United States.

As for their certificate daily-trades.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/License-Daily-Trades.jpg is, FAKE.

However, the registry number 09472694, is a valid United Kingdom, Companies House registration number, leading to [link to: companieshouse.gov.uk(secure)] another name and another country. The name provided as a director is a MPONDA, MANFORD MARTIN, a citizen of Australia. However, I have my personal suspicions that this name could be fictitious. There are approximately 28 companies in the United Kingdom that mention MPONDA, MANFORD MARTIN in some capacity [link to: www.beta.companieshouse.gov.uk].

So here we have the countries where this entity has connections in (in alphabetical order):

Australia (Place of Domicile of MPONDA, MANFORD MARTIN)
Cyprus (Noted in Terms & Conditions, no connection found)
Estonia (Registration & Website)
Russian Federation (Registration)
St. Vincent & Grenadines (Website)
United Kingdom (Registration & Website)
United States (Possible location of hosting provider)

As to the information of the case provided by the complainant, I need additional time to review before I can render a decision (or even if I can make one since I am a new member).
