Base on the reports RDGCM is a big scam, for refusing to pay their clients back after withdrawal request and for trading persons account without their consent. They should pay for their evil actions. They are guilty.

According to Scamner.com and ScamAdviser.com, these RDGCM.com perpetrators are using a service to hide their identity.
This is the first red flag, the second glaringly obvious issue is the use of a free SSL certificate.
It may be a great idea to contact this organization (WoSign CA Limited), and request verification of the identity of this organization (RDGCM.com) who is using this certificate. Their reputation depends on the validity of the organization they issue a certificate for so they should be willing to cooperate.
